Popplio's first evolution Leolow!

Description

Following the other 2 evo's I drew, here's Popplio's first evolution, Leolow!

I spent the most time on this one I think (Popplio is my favourite), lots of research on different seals, sea lions and such. I based Leolow off of a Leopard Seal but like the other 2 I alluded to what I'm planning for the final evolution design. It's name Leolow comes from Leopard Seal + Clown, Pierashi comes from Piero (Clown) + Hoyozarashi (Leopard Seal). Leolow's nose has become smaller and it's "mane" has become more stylized with wave swirls and a brighter colour, balls similar to Popplio's nose are now on Leolow's chest giving it the ability to create the high power bubbles from inside it's body rather than it's nose like Popplio. The colours for it's spots were to keep it in line with Popplio's colour scheme and also to give it an opposite look to Litten's evolutions. I believe it would stay pure Water type until the final evolution, although the final evo and Leolow at higher level would learn Fairy moves such as Rough Play, Dark type move Crunch, and Fighting type move Hammer Arm. Can you guys guess which type it'll become? Hope you like Popplio's evo guys!!

This fantastic!
I like a lot and I really surprised technique you have to paint with markers and give the gradient of the shadows with them. It is something that I would love me to do.
The originality of evolution and the name is totally awesome for me and especially for the name because I see you used a combination of names to shape it.
And of all the fanarts I've seen the evolution of this Pokemon, this is what I liked most because it has characteristics which resembles that his first evolution.
I hope that the evolution of Popplio equals this.
